After Kreischberg it’s finally time to get the slopestyle World Cup campaign off and running, beginning in Switzerland at the legendary Laax Open from 18-21 January, before we hop back over to North America and hit Mammoth Mountain (USA) for the Toyota U.S. Grand Prix from 01-04 February and then Calgary (CAN) for the Snow Rodeo from 09-12 Feb.

Laax, Mammoth and Calgary will all be double features, as well, with halfpipe World Cup competitions playing out alongside the slopestyle action. The halfpipe crystal globes will be awarded in Calgary on 10 February.

After that it’s the biggest event of the season, as we shift to Georgia for the Bakuriani 2023 FIS Freestyle Ski, Snowboard and Freeski World Championships from February 19 to March 5, before we close the season out in Silvaplana (SUI) with the slopestyle World Cup finals, with the slopestyle crystal globes and the Park & Pipe overall titles to be awarded there in Corvatsch on March 26.

Really, the 2022/23 World Cup season is just about to switch into top gear now, and we can’t wait to see how it all plays out in the coming weeks.
